23: The Soul of a New Machine, Tracy Kidder

Did this deserve a Pulitzer? I have no idea. I don't think I've read any other Pulitzer prize winners.

So. It's like Douglas Coupland, twenty years ago, without the pop culture. Oh, and it's, like, real, and such. Are there technical inaccuracies? Yeah, well, some of Kidder's explanations make an engineer twitch, but they're really not that bad. Is there a deep, wonderful truth that's being unearthed here? No, I don't think so, but the final chapter spells out some interesting observations on management that follow from the saga.

I enjoy reading about bad-ass hackers. Go hacker, go!

22: The Quiet American, Graham Greene

Why did I wait so long to read GG? He da man.

This went straight to the must-re-read pile.
